When you join us on our Facebook Live sales as a new purchaser you will need to comment "I am committed to pay for all purchases" followed by sending your email address and shipping address directly to the Facebook page via message.
During Facebook Lives, there are a lot of comments coming in at once. Mel will read the comments as they come through to her and let the person know who received each item.
If you received the item, it will be placed on your invoice.
If you buy items here on the website your purchase is complete once you checkout.
If you are purchasing on the Facebook Live sales your invoice will be sent and due on Tuesday or Wednesday. If your invoice is late, there will be a $20 late fee added for each day it goes unpaid.
All invoices are sent to you via email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you are first time buyer. You will be able to enter your debit or credit card information from there to complete your payment.
We ship every Tuesday and Wednesday.
Payment via website will be debit/credit card.
Payment via Facebook Live will be debit/credit card via Square.
Try Again Basement Sale does NOT accept payment vial PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, etc. Debit/Credit Cards are the only form of payment accepted. No exceptions.
Yes. When you buy on the website your order is complete right at checkout and the items are guaranteed yours & will be shipped on our regularly scheduled pack days of Tuesday and Wednesday.
When you buy on Facebook Lives, new items go very quickly & it's a fun game of luck sometimes!
Facebook Lives will have a constant rotation of inventory, while the website will have exclusive and in stock items.
You will pay for the shipping of your website order at checkout - and your order will be added to your Facebook Live purchases if there are any. You will be invoiced separately for your Facebook Live purchases and shipping.
When it comes to vintage or used items you are buying that item as is and cannot be returned. We are always honest in sharing the flaws that used items might come with. However if an item arrives to you broken you can request a refund for that item only.
Simply send a message to the Facebook page with photos of your item and Mel will make arrangements to make it right.
You will not be refunded for any of your shipping costs.
Pantry items, boutique clothing, etc are not eligible for returns.
